Our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) guarantee response times, call-out times and cover nearly all ICT systems. We guarantee a comprehensive service with continuous monitoring, back-up and maintenance. Our SLAs act like an insurance policy, and we will cover any unforeseen problem with our systems at no further cost. Our SLAs are also tailored to your requirements, from PC or server cover to total cover.
Our SLAs vary from £50 per month to £2500 per month, and we are happy to adapt them to your individual needs.
